The Beautiful Ray Family

I was asked to shoot some family pictures for a local family before their oldest son moved away to college...such a bitter sweet time for them! What an honor! These are some of my favorites of them! My favorite is the entire family with their dog, Jack, getting into the shot! What a great family! What a great dog!!!

Last Saturday my hubby and I went out and shot some more pics of that beautiful, Kara! These are a few of my favorite! We had a great time and i'm getting better and better at this stuff...or, at least, I think I am! Then Saturday night the hubs and I came home and developed our own film! It was so interesting! I haven't enlarged any of them yet, so i'll have to post more pics when I do that!

My beautiful niece, Emma!

Well...my sister and my absolutely stunning niece, Emma, came to visit this week! I had high hopes of having a professional photog shoot her but the timing wasn't really working for us, so I had to try to pull it off on my own...I like these pics...hope to get better ones of her next weekend when we go visit for her birthday!

My New Dark Room!!!

My husband surprised me last night!!! For Christmas he got me all the stuff to build me a dark room!!! But things have been so hectic this past few months that it wasn't high on the priority list. Or so I thought. Last night as we were cleaning out the garage, he says that he has something to show me. Off we go to a storage closet that we have out back. It's a pretty big "closet"...he opens the door and there is my dark room! All finished...shelves, sink, lighting...all of it! He's been working on it for over a month, 10 minutes here, 20 minutes there...and I had no idea! What a great surprise!!! I love it! Now all I need to do is learn how to do it all! But...he has already learned how so he'll be teaching me soon! I'll post pics as soon as I can!!!!
